About Your Facilitator
I am a business leader with practical experience who is committed to helping leaders – whether in their own business or leading in someone else’s organization – lead from chaos to clarity. It can be lonely and challenging being a leader. Yet, it is in that uncomfortable space that I serve at my highest and best. The tougher the challenge the stronger my attraction.
As Founder and CEO of The Batie Group, a boutique consulting firm that I founded in 2005, I am called to help leaders maximize their potential by understanding what is most important to them, planning for what they want to achieve and acting on that plan to avoid being stagnant. My experience working for Fortune 500 companies was an excellent training ground. However, I know that exceptional experiences can be created in any organization, no matter how large or small.

Ground Transportation
The Batie Group will provide complimentary ground transportation from the Tampa International Airport (TPA) for October 14, 2021 arrivals and October 17, 2021 departures. Please contact the Opal Sands concierge to arrange additional transportation needs. Most common transportation options are available from the airport to the hotel (e.g. car rentals, shared ride services, taxis and private car services).

What is the Unveiling Retreat Business Intensive Weekend?
This weekend retreat is for the business owner and organizational leader who is committed to leaving this experience with a clear plan to DRIVE results through 2022. January is too late to begin preparing for the year. This experience positions you to get a jump on your planning, execution and profitability!! To allow for one-on-one business coaching (support through ideas that you work through), consulting (direct insights shared) and facilitated learning (skills and knowledge building), this intimate experience is limited to a small group. Learn from a seasoned business leader and exceptional team with proof of performance to help you create and implement a solid infrastructure and clear road map to drive sustainable business success. We work at a focused, accelerated pace, which creates greater learning, development, planning and execution in a much shorter time frame as an Intensive.
When will the Unveiling Retreat be held?
This experience will be held October 15th – 17th, 2021 in beautiful Clearwater Beach, Florida.

Are rooms available at the hotel?
Yes, we have a negotiated rate of $269 per night for this amazing, award-winning property. A gourmet breakfast, lunch and snacks are included on Friday and Saturday. A delectable brunch and snacks are included on Sunday.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
Refund / Cancellation Policy: Registrations are non-refundable. There are no exceptions. Please notify us no later than September 1, 2021 if you will be unable to attend. You may receive a credit to attend a future event less a $50 administrative fee. The credit must be used within 12 months of the Unveiling Retreat. After 12 months, your credit will be forfeited in its entirety. You may also transfer your registration to another person and notify us no later than October 1, 2021.
Payment Plans:
If you register no later than July 31, 2021, you may either pay for the Retreat in full ($1, 095) or take advantage of the 3-pay option. The first payment will be $432 and the remaining two $432 payments will be processed every month on the 15th of the month until the total registration is paid.
If you register August 1, 2021 or later, your registration must be paid in full ($1,295).
You are responsible for making all payments in your agreement of purchase whether you attend the program or not.
Monthly payments will be automatically billed on the 15th of each month. If we are unable to process the payment for any reason, we will notify you via email and provide a payment link for immediate processing.
